We offer a private island and lodge 2* sup, facing the (extinct) Mombacho volcano and Nature Reserve; its size is ½ acre. It features two houses recently built and fully a conditioned: 4 bedrooms nicely decorated, each with its own private full bathroom; each room can accommodate up to three. A large and comfortable living room with kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, stove and all the necessary for your comfort. A typical thatched terrace “rancho” waits with hammocks available, located right in front of the Mombacho extinct volcano and its cloud forest, together with a swimming pool facing the lake.

We like: incredible location in front of the Mombacho extinct volcano; a paradise itself. Authenticity of the place. Not luxury but charming!

This makes it a heaven for those looking for peace and relaxation. The sunset over the Mombacho is a one-life time moment. Our manager (Spanish speaking only) and boat captain Jose Luis is available to make your stay unforgettable and the most pleasant and will take care of your transfers and excursions. The boat is equipped with patented life vests, for adults and children too. We offer a few tours to visit the area.
Meals are delivered by catering. Ask our manager for a fresh guapote (rainbow bass) from the lake! You also can rent our boat to go to one of the restaurants located nearby.

Note: no bilingual staff in the Island.
