Nicaragua Adventures is offering you different ways to go around Costa Rica:

Private transfers:
We offer vehicles (4x4’s, SUV’s, minibuses) of different types, all recent and in excellent shape. All vehicles have a/c and car insurance is included. We take care of maintenance and strictly select and train our drivers; they speak at least some English.
We operate private and shared transfers from/to Liberia international airport (LIR) to the different beaches, national parks and volcanoes (Guanacaste beaches, Papagayo hotels, Four Seasons hotel, Liberia city, Rincon de la Vieja, Arenal/la Fortuna…), 365 days a year. Please contact us for a quotation (tell us the pick up and drop off places, number of people and approximate dates):

Rent a car with private driver:
Rent one of our vehicles (4x4’s, SUV’s, minibuses) with a driver provides you a hassle free vacation: no deposit required for possible damages, no liability in case of accident, theft etc, and your driver will always know the best spots to visit, restaurants etc… Your driver can also pick you up in Costa Rica (with a good previous notice as the car and driver need permits and visa). Please contact us for a quotation (tell us the pick up and drop off places, number of people and approximate dates):

Shuttle bus transfers:
Shared shuttle transfers leave from a few locations toward specific locations, leaving at specific hours so there isn’t the flexibility private transfers offer, but it is a cheaper way to travel if you are just one or two persons.
Shuttle transfers will be soon available from: Liberia airport, Papagayo hotels, Tamarindo and a few more locations, as well as one weekly shuttle to San Juan del Sur and Granada (Nicaragua).

Rent a car (Self drive):
Drive yourself is a possibility if you like to be more independent (it can be a little cheaper too). However, you need to know that the driving conditions in Costa Rica are very different from those in your home country: there are very few roads signs, many roads are not in good shape (damaged, or dirt roads),  many people don’t respect roads rules, you will find wild horses and cows even in the major roads etc… Many people who chose this option then say they didn’t feel as comfortable as they wished. If you still wish to drive by yourself, we will send you a list of recommendations once the booking is made.
