Cigar tour in Esteli
3 Days / 2 Nights
Day 1: Managua – Esteli

Today our driver will pick you up in your hotel in Managua. Transfer to Esteli (the cigar capitol of Nicaragua). Accommodation in your hotel in Esteli.
Esteli is known for its tropical climate, which is ideal for growing fine tobacco. In the afternoon visit tobacco plantations, located in the north of Esteli (la Sirena area) along the Panam highway. At the end of the day we will return to our hotel, night in your hotel.

Day 2: Full days tour to visit cigar factories and plantation in Esteli and Condega.

Visit the cigar factories in and around Estelí. Nicaragua Adventures will have arranged for you day tours to visit plantations and factories where many popular brands of cigars are produced like Nick Perdomo, Joya de Nicaragua, R4, Gilbert cigars, and much more. You will see men and women selecting, cutting, rolling, ordering, and packing the cigars.

The tour and description in each factory and plantation will vary according to the company, plantations and the assistance from a local guide, this could take from 1 to 2hrs in each place. We will visit as many factories and plantations as possible. You can see how the tobacco plants grow and how they are harvested. Our driver and vehicle will be at your disposal again to continue with our tours to cigar factories and plantations. Night in your hotel in hotel Los Arcos.

Day 3: Esteli – Managua

This morning your driver will transfer you to Managua. End of services.
