ROOMS
The 9 individual bungalows all have lake views and are within a short walk from the pool, restaurant, and wellness center. The casitas are two stories, with a private bedroom and a king size bed on the second floor; and on the first floor, a spacious living area that connects to an outside deck overlooking the lake. The casitas and the furniture are made locally from Rainforest Alliance certified wood. Each casita is equipped with mosquito netting and ceiling fans, and the large doors and windows can all be opened for cross ventilation. Most notably, the oversized hammock and comfy furniture of the deck will invite you to relax and feel the peace of this magical lake.

Is the newest luxury hotel opened in Granada. The hotel is set in an elegant antique colonial house that has been restored to its original style and architecture, with external courtyards and balconies overlooking Central Park and the Cathedral. It offers 25 rooms and suites, a beautiful swimming pool and a cafeteria right in the park. Several restaurants, bars and lounges, discotheques, are located a short walking distance away from the hotel.
We like: the rooms overlooking the Central Park, with their large wooden terrace open to the Park.

HOTEL LA GRAN FRANCIA 3* SUP

Was built in an old colonial house originally built almost 500 years ago by the Spanish conquistadors. The owners managed to reconstruct this historical house and save it from abandonment and decay. It was in 1995 that treasure of Nicaraguan architecture was rescued from its inevitable and slow collapse and was restored in faithful image of its olden glory, and opened its doors 7 years later.

We like: the charm and romanticism of the antique in harmony with the modern comfort. Very good location too.

ROOMS
The 20 rooms and suites count with a King size bed or two queen size beds offering the following conveniences: air conditioning, direct access to international telephone lines, cable TV, internet access, iron and ironing board, radio alarm clock, private bathrooms with tub, hot water and air dryer.
We highly recommend the junior suites located at the second floor and boasting great views to the park and the cathedral!

This newly built hotel is located in the beautiful colonial city of Granada, in a quiet street only a five minute from the Central Park and the Cathedral, offering pleasant restaurant and bar services, swimming pool.

We like: A cozy, comfortable hotel, combining comfort and old style. Very good location close to all attractions but in a more quiet area.

Is located 2 ½ blocks away (3 minutes walk) from Granada’s central park in historical el Caimito street, joining the central plaza and Lake Nicaragua, which makes it possible to easily reach the interesting sites in town. It was built in a renovated colonial house where the original style of houses from Granada has been combined with modern hotel amenities.
There are two interior patios in the hotel. One is in colonial style and allows visitors to enjoy the tranquility of the place. The other one features a pool and a great setting for relaxation while drinking a fresh fruit juice or 'Malinche Cocktail' (specialty of the house).
The hotel's prices already include a complete a la carte breakfast with delicious fruit juices.
We like: the pool and inside gardens. Best place in its category. Friendly service by the Spanish owners, Lidia and Ramon.

HOTEL LA POSADA DEL SOL 2*

Is the newest hotel/apart hotel opened in the historical district of Granada. It features 16 rooms, a swimming pool and nice tropical gardens. Don’t expect luxury but the place, run by his Italian owner Massimiliano, is pleasant and clean, and the only one with a lap pool, located just 100 yards to all bars, restaurants etc so it is a great base in Granada for those not willing to spend too much in accommodations.
We like: Large pool and good location next to la Calzada street
